Ožujsko pivo (March beer) was bottled in the 1950's ("Pivo", with capital 'P') and 1960's (pivo, with lowercase 'p') in Zagrebačkoj pivovari i tvornici slada Zagreb. In 1971. Zagreb, Daruvar and Karlovac breweries were integrated into RO Zagreb Brewery (Zagrebačke pivovare). The company consisted of six OOURs - Breweries Karlovac, Daruvar, Zagreb and Otočac, and Pogon Županja and Labin. It employed about 1,600 workers. The disintegration of the company occurred in 1977. due to unresolved joint appearance on the market, and since then Zagrebačka pivovara has operated independently with four OOURs: Županja, Labin, Robni promet and Proizvodnja piva. In 1986. OOURs were abolished, and the company continued to operate as a single organization.
